Budget friendly hotel in Bangkok

Conveniently located near the BTS station, with easy access to food and household supplies. The hotel can be a bit noisy due to street traffic and occasional dog barking, but for the nightly rate, it’s very reasonable. Overall, I’m satisfied—I got exactly what I paid for, and it served my needs well for visiting this location and nearby attractions.

Brüchiges Asbestdach vor dem Balkon. Schimmel im Bad auf Duschkopf, Duschschlauch, Tür und Wänden. Duschkopfgriff gebrochen mit scharfen Bruchstücken aus Chromlacksplittern. Duschkopf fällt oft aus Halterung. Pro Tag eine dünne Rolle Toilettenpapier. Personal nett. Sonst sauber. Leichter Zigarettenrauch hin und wieder, Ursprung unbekannt. Praktisch: Convenience Store direkt vor der Tür!

Wonderful stay at Klean Residence Hotel. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Our room was small but clean and comfortable with all the essential facilities. Fantastic location a short walk from the BTS, hawker stalls and amenities. I would recommend staying here.

ただひとつだけマイナス点

新しいホテルのようで、とてもきれいなところでした。 BTSの駅からも近く不便はありません。 ただひとつだけマイナスなのがシャワーの排水です。 水量にタイして管が細く３cmほどは足下にたまります。 造作、立地、値段と申し分ありませんが、気を遣いながらのシャワーとなりました。

全て最高でした！！！

電車の駅からも近く、周りにも24時間のコンビニと駅の反対側に行けばスーパーなどあり長期滞在でも全く困りませんでした。ベッドやバスルームも快適で、収納もたくさんありました。スタッフの方も親切でした。かなりオススメできる宿です。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思いました。

Very close to BTS and in the morning you can buy food right outside of the hotel. The check in was fast. The staff spoke English. Would stay here again

Comfortable clean small room.

Clean, friendly reception staff, but a small room. I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was overall a positive experience, I cannot fault the hotel itself. The only negative for me was being woken up by cockerels and dogs barking in the morning, the dogs, in particular, being frustratingly consistent. Some soundproofing may be in order to counter the surrounding noise pollution. Overall a positive stay.

BTS駅近の安価なホテル

バンコクの安価なホテルの中では新しいホテルなので清潔です。 川の西側になりますので、そちら方面に有る工場へは行きやすく常宿にしています。 BTSの駅からも近く便利です。 3つ星以上のホテルとは比べ物になりませんが、寝るだけの目的ですと快適に過ごせます。

Bilderna på Expedia visade att rummet var större än vad de var i verkligheten. Men rent och snyggt på rummet, hygglig standard. Nära till BTS, ett seven-eleven samt mat utanför på gatan. Ganska okej för en billig peng.

Do not stay on 8th floor

This is second time. Last time I stayed on 4th floor. Everthing was good but this time I stayed on 8th floor. It was noisy, water pump on 9th floor always work loudly , air con work loudly too. And sound from road such as motorbike, car annoy me. I can’t sleep at all. Anyway staff were good when I request to change room around 1am. They did immidiately. So everything in this hotel was good but do not stay on 8th floor.

Clean. Worth the money. Near a convenience store 7-11, restaurants, and a BTS station. Easy to catch taxies at the BTS station. The street leading to the hotel is large enough for cars to enter, one lane for each direction of the traffic. The street feels safe for me, who lives in Bangkok, when I walk from the hotel to the BTS area at midnight, although my friend feels discomfort and concern with a safety on the nightly street. There is an elavator at the hotel. Bathroom in the Express Room does not have a partition to separate a shower area from the toilet. The entire bathroom floor will be wet when I shower. The walls are not sound proof and I occasionally hear noise in the hallway. The hotel seems to be able to offer a late checkout with an extra fee per hour but please check carefully. I receive conflicting information from two receptionts: one states that an hourly rate is not possible, while the other at the time of my checkout, when I have already paid a full room rate for an 3-hour occupancy, states the otherwise.

We stayed here after our flight for one night since it was close to the train we were taking the next morning. It was super convenient to get to since it’s right off of the metro. The area appeared to have a lot to do though we didn’t do anything except sleep. The room itself was nice/clean and was a great place for our one night stay.
