We decided to take our honeymoon to Thailand. Bangkok was our first stop and we booked Hotel Indigo based off reviews and location. They were amazing! The staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast is offered everyday and it’s very good. They offer traditional Thai breakfast mixed with American and French cuisine. The pool is great but the skyline view and sunset are even better! It’s a must see. We asked front desk for information regarding how to take the BTS (Bangkok Transit System) we also asked them places to eat and places to visit. Everyone was extremely accommodating. The cherry on top was how they helped us retrieve our lost baggage from Japan Airlines. Japan Airlines forgot my wife’s bag and the good people at Hotel Indigo made sure to do everything they could to get our bag back within 24 hours. They kept calling Japan Airlines and Bangkok Airport constantly and provided us with updates. They’re truly first class. Thank you for an amazing few days.

The hotel is a boutique hotel, clean friendly staff, with interesting decor but not much to do in the area it’s more of a business area. We had to take a taxi everywhere we went and the traffic was horrendous.

The rooms, pool and views alone make this hotel excellent! The decor is really unique, and makes you feel like you are staying somewhere super special. The pool is honestly breathtaking, and the staff so incredible friendly - would highly recommend! Only suggestion is that it may be worth an upgrade / reno to the lobby / front entrance to the hotel, it lets the experience down a bit just given how amazing the rest of the place is!

Beautiful hotel in the PERFECT location! First, the ladies at check-in are very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the parking is a funky elevator car park, which I haven’t seen anywhere else. At check in they give you a nice drink and tell you about all the facilities. The room itself is small but beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, the baby cot is big and it seemed very comfortable for the baby as he had a lovely days rest even on day 1. They gave us a Garden King room, and oh let me tell you, SUCH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW!! The room service is amazing and prices are great, we didn’t have breakfasts in our room rate, but they have a breakfast combo with egg of your choice, 1 sweet and a coffee for only 199 Baht (around 5 dollars) and it was big enough for both my husband and I, and the quality was out of this world. Service here is really fast, once you call they help within less than 5 minutes. They have all the stuff for your baby like baby cot, and baby bathtubs as well. Bathroom is very nice with a great ambiance Very nice shopping malls like central Embassy right next door, with a view of Lumpini park, location is definitely a plus here! Didn’t have time to use the pool or gym, but I’m sure with this view they would have been great!
