Loved this stay. The room was very comfortable, and there were bike taxis right outside that could take you straight to the market, which was 2 minutes away!

Actually i was supposed to attend a exhibition at Bitec Bang na Bangkok so i choose this hotel and booked it, when i arrive here i faced below terrible difficulties. 1. A fat guy at the reception treat me as a begger, he didn't answer to me properly. Very rude behaviour from that piggy guy. 2. The hotel is interior from the road, even the street food lady from the corner of the hotel doesn't know it is Happyland Hotel. 3. No proper transport at all. Inconvenient totally Hereby i request expedia to do not recommend this hotel to public people and put them in trap.

While the property did feature Wifi everywhere, that wifi was not connected to the internet. I will not be staying at this place again; the facilities are acceptable for the price, and the location isn't as bad as it could be, but not having internet is a deal breaker.

This should and could be a great place to stay but !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked a room for two myself and my wife. I accept that no one speaks English, I in Thailand, and have no right to expect all to speak English. I arrived before my wife so I was given only the breakfast tickets for one person, but I paid for two. Unable to find way to explain this to reception. The other problem was the Internet. In middle of day perhaps the turn off for some hours to save money. I had work to do and visited reception four times to tell no wifi Internet which they seem to understand with Yes. wifi turn on soon. No wifi Internet for six hours! Overall it is a good hotel in a good area and I would want to use again, but simple things could be better.

Comfortable stay

The staff here are really friendly and the hotel room was comfortable and clean. It is a bit far from most touristy things and it's a bit difficult to get to - take a Grab Car.
