Breakfast was a little different each day. Service there was exemplary. Bacon needs added:)
The location near the hospital was as well as the tourist destination are a plus.
First rate hotel. Everything new, clean, and well laid out. Nice new shower with plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Frankly, I was surprised at how nice it was, given the low prices.
I had a very nice stay at Citrus Sukhumvit 11. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning.
It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s comfortable, convenient, and great value for the area. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.
Everything worked perfectly. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However there seemed to be many very noisy hotel guests yelling in the hallway. They did get quiet around midnight so I was able to get some sleep.
Modern hotel and staff is friendly. The hallways are bright and I would definitely choose this place again. There’s a restaurant downstairs and gym that is open till late upstairs along with a spa. The rooftop has a great view of the skyscrapers as well.
The room was always clean. The reception, restaurant and parking garage staff super friendly and always helpful. The only minus thing was that the mini bar was not working properly, not really cold.
The staff and food was great. Many bars, restaurants and grocery store nearby. But the only problem I had was the distance. It says it’s a 7min walk but it’s actually like 15min from Nana station to hotel.
The hotel was very clean and good value for money. Very near to Nana BTS so easy to get around Bangkok.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
The staff is helpful and nice. I like how the staff called to check whether I need anything on days I did not request room services. It takes about 7 - 10 mins on foot to Nana station. The alley is always busy and crowded with vehicles especially in the traffic time. The alley is narrow.
