Family room was spacious and sufficient but kitchen was dirty and need a makeover.Toilets had a terrible smell coming out from the drain pipes,this can be fixed easily with the proper cleaning chemicals.Spread and quality of the breakfast can be improved.Staff at the front desk and cleaning staff are good but staff at the breakfast area need additional training and attitude reconfiguration.

The conditions of the hotel is run down. The hot water is not constant. There were small ants in the toilet n was bitten. When we first checked in n was not given the room we had booked. Tv not working. No hotwater. Pillows too soft..We insist to hv our room changed! We only get to change room on the next day. Asoke is no longer like before the covid lockdown. The breakfast and food is no good. The only thing that is good is the location. Walking distance to petchaburi MRT stn n is convenient. Im not sure what is the benefit of silver member.
