Beautifully clean rooms. Well situated to walk into the town. Great parking. The host communicated well with us.

A place of tranquility where you are at ease in a beautiful garden, nice pool to cool down. Franck and Colette are welcoming and always helpful, but mostly make you feel at home. We have an electric car. There is a slow charger in the parking for emergency, and a good, cheap, charger of 22KW about 200 meters away.

The hotel is wonderful, bed and rooms are very comfortable not big rooms but well designed, good aircon with good shower. Be aware parking in Cassias takes a bit of planning, the car parks are not right in the centre of the town. The centre of the town is pedestrian only. Suitcases would need to be dropped close to hotel and then go park the car. the hotel has no elevator and there are stairs from the street to the reception- so suitcases must be carried up&down. Great staff, comfy bed, great air-conditioning, lovely breakfast.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The reception was open 24 hours (contrary to impression given elsewhere), and the family room was ideal for us (2 adults plus children aged 14 and 10) and clean. Good air-conditioning. Absolutely mesmerising. The proximity to the beach, the infinity swimming pool , eating out in a natural beautiful garden.,, also having access to the body treatments such as hammam make this hotel truly stand out. I am in love with it

The parking is secure and behind a security gate. We arrived late at night but we're still offered a welcome drink. There was a small issue with the hot water in the morning. The staff were very generous and extended checkout and breakfast so we could wait to have a shower. A simple gesture but very much appreciated. The rooms are economy so don't expect much but we were surprised at the quality and also the convenience. And the extra attention by the staff. Definitely a place to return to soon....

We always stay here and go back every year mostly do to the staff , jolie is always good fun and all the staff are funny and interactive . See you next year

Everything was perfect! The location, the customers, the staff, the day to day ambiance and activities, absolutely brilliant! We never tried a family holiday residence before but we were so happy, we extended our stay!! We LOVED IT! And we now want to spend a week again next summer! Merci Plein Sud!
