On my second night I discovered there is accommodation in the attic with bare floor boards- I had a rather noisy person above me! These should be carpeted as a courtesy to those on the ground floor.The person who checked me in was pleasant but not thorough with information. The person did not want to know about the mould & wanted me to cancel staying on a bank holiday weekend. With health issues I would have preferred to not to stay at all. "Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, bar and restaurant downstairs, short taxi ride from the train station. World of Wedgewood and the Wedgewood Museum were well worth another taxi ride, and Hanley Park (large and beautiful) was a short walk away. Shower was lukewarm, not sure if that’s because we stayed in a handicapped room. Otherwise perfect!"
