"Room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were welcoming and accommodating. Location was close by to our reasons for staying. Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was. This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried eggs could have been available - I then wouldn't have asked for anything more and staff would have been more freed up to operate as needed. It would also help people to have the allergens listed on each of the choices at the buffet so people can make informed choices and reduce needing to ask. One could say it ain't 5 stars what do you expect but I'm a person that also has a right to be catered for due to a medical condition and might not be able to afford a higher quality stay. I do think that taking on one of the simple suggestions I've outlined would make things more efficient for all parties involved. "

"Gym and buffet breakfast was good though signage re: gluten free etc could be better. Staff were always smiling and pleasant to deal with. Matress a bit too soft but overall a good family stay. The buggy parked at the doorway created a bottle neck for pedestrian traffic whenever a coach or car was parked at the entrance. "

"We loved our 3 night stay at The Mondrian over the Easter period. The staff were very attentive in all the areas. The rooms were impeccably designed and comfortable. We loved our Suite and housekeeping did an excellent job. Both Haven and Lito Restaurant were fabulous. Arthur looked after us so well at Lito. We will definitely come back again soon! "

"What an amazing stay. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. Food was amazing. Little huts great with amazing views of the surrounding property. Abundance of wild life but the best was that everything from food to pampering was all sourced within Australia. A very happy customer indeed."

"We keep coming back to the BBT , if you want the best view looking North up the beach & want to enjoy the beautiful GC lights at night there is no better place than the BBT The staff are friendly & it’s a relaxed vibe. "

"Cleaners need to be a bit more detailed - the headboards had a thick layer of dust on them (I'm allergic so it matters to me), the glass doors covered in fingerprints, massive stains on the carpet, shower leaked from the bathroom to the front door. Oh and we had a noise complaint at 4:15pm for 2 of us talking in our room with the doors and windows closed... LOL. Apart from these issues, the rooms purpose was so we didn't have to pay for Ubers, and have a big night out to see an awesome band, and it did the job. Beds are comfy and the water is hot."
