"The most heavenly hotel, a real treat! Delightful, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities and a very quiet location. We had breakfast included in our stay which was definitely worth it, the masala dosa were a firm favourite! The pool is lovely and the hotel has transport to take you to the beach, towels are provided for both so don’t worry about bringing your own."

"We had the best stay - property is amazing. The breakfast buffet was just mind blowing. Staff was incredible and we had a personal contact to arrange things for us. The beach at the hotel was beautiful with nice sand and plenty of lounge space. Goa is very spread out so having a nice hotel as a home base was key. "

"Reasonable stay but not to the standard promised. Our room was large with sea view (through trees and past golf course) but it was quite dated. Breakfast was very poor; food generally was mediocre and over-priced. Hot and cold jacuzzis in spa were not working (allegedly due to maintenance but no work was being done). Most poor was that one of the four restaurants was not open; we were told that they only open it when they have enough bookings and that it serves the same food as another restaurant (this is not what it says on their website). "The facilities were very good seemed like it had been renovated recently. In very good condition rooms were decent and well kept. The food could do with a bit more variety for the vegetarians. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. The food at both breakfast and the restaurants was out of this world and the service was impeccable throughout. Staff were so sweet in helping with any request. The rooms could be upgraded, that's my only criticism. Otherwise we were very happy, especially with the beautiful towel art for my birthday from the housekeeping team. We'll be back! Thank you to all staff for making our stay amazing "
