Excellent hotel located next to the Presidential Palace and with a very good view of the city and the famous Baku flame towers. Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and large bedrooms, we opted for the platinum plan on arrival which includes WiFi, access to the executive lounge, an upgrade to a sea view room and breakfast. The only criticism, as alluded to previously, is the charge for the use of WiFi, strange in a hotel group like Marriott.

Great hotel. Staff friendly and spoke excellent English. Location excellent, near the front and could walk to most things. Easy to get cabs also. Recommend the executive area. Great for drinks and snacks.
We were unusual in that we were on holiday not business and the hotel were really good at helping us out. Baku is really lovely. The hotel's top floor bar has excellent views, best in Baku I would say. Food excellent in the Grill.
Only 'fault' is no outdoor swimming pool. Not much...

This was my second time to stay for an extended period in the Hyatt Regency Baku on business. This is a first class hotel with great staff, great facilities and a very calm and peaceful ambience.

Always stay there when visiting Baku, excellent place for all city, beach, and airports. All staff were helpful and friendly. Will stay again for sure!

2nd stay here, I like where it's located close to local restaurants and away from high numbers of expats. Could do with a better choice at breakfast but I will be staying here again next February

We went when the hotel was completely empty - due to the Corona Vrus scare - the staff were very helpful and polite - the hotel was beautiful - the location though far from the centre of the city - had a beautiful iew of the ocean and nice rooms. The spa and pool were really good and the dinner was tasty - highly recommend this Hotel to those that want to be away from the hustle bustle and yet want to get to the city in 20 minutes
