"The rooms were great. Breakfast was great. Location was amazing on the Boulevard. Had some issues initially. Was given a smoking room but Mr Anar (Night Manager) ensured that my non-smoking rooms are allocated next day. He was super helpful and a very friendly guy. Orkhan from the Bar was superb as well. Very helpful and had a great chat with him. Fatima from the restaurant was very courteous."

"Very convenient for the shipping mall over the road, and the view of Baku bay was really nice. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lobby area was nice to have coffee or work with colleagues. I enjoyed my stay very much"

I can’t remember the name of the gentleman on reception who collected our luggage from the room. He was very helpful to us and guided us really well. All in all a wonderful hotel and excellent staff would come again. "
