"Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free.
Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me.

"Room was very clean as the Hotel. Staff was very helpful amd curteous. Sadina the hotel manager is a gem and makes the stay tremendous. Helped me get a phone repaired and correct a problem with my computer.

"It's situated in a vibrant and lively neighborhood, and we were just a short taxi ride from the center and all major points. Everything we needed was within easy reach.

"The stay was very bad
1- Air conditioner is not working well
2- They gave us a room which is not ours
3- no Kettle
4- fridge is not working and smells disgusting
5- the bed had terrible springs and was very noisy and uncomfortable at all
6- No one asks for cleaning, laundry or even changing the towels"
