The rating is based on the reception team at the hotel. They were rude and biased. They need to return to back office functions, not front of house.

Great hotel. As a first time Paris Visitor, staying so close to the Eiffel Tower with incredible views was wonderful.

This was our 3rd stay at Les Patios du Marais and the strengths still outweigh the weaknesses for me. It's a good price and we'll located. It's clean and has friendly staff. Not that much in the surrounding area but as a base to explore, at a sensible price when you just want a good night's sleep and breakfast in a clean environment then it's perfect

Great location for tourism. Just a shame about the dirt and rubbish outside. But good for a cheap and cheerful place just to sllep at night and out and about day time
