"I could not have asked for more. Property is very well located in Baga. Unlike more resorts, facilities are very easily accessible, with the big pool in the middle (which you can use until 0h30!!!). Rooms were very comfortable, good bathroom. What distinguishes this hotel, though, is the extremely professional, kind, helpful, dedicated, smiley team. Honestly, I have rarely seen such staff elsewhere in the world. Congratulations!"

"Everything the staff was fantastic. It was clean and it was a beautiful experience."

"Room was clean, staff were very nice, polite and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Only downside was there was no safe deposit box. Would stay here again."

"The staff and management were very welcoming, always asking I’m ok and need anything. 2 minutes to the beach and shops. Clean pool. Food amazing, big breakfast. Highly recommend. "

"Pool was awesome, close to beach and shops"

"I stayed for 6 nights with a friend, first time in Goa for both of us. Location - if in Baga, the hotel is as central as its get. You are right in the midst of everything in Baga. Service - very friendly, they try to accommodate you as best as they can. But this is India, don't expect them to be knowledgeable, for example, about what do to around... WiFi - only worked in the lobby, about 2 days out of 6, don't count on it! Breakfast - has a some choice of Western and Indian dishes. On the...

"The room is quite near to titoos lane and ideal for partying. The property is like guest house type meant for bachelors and some rooms are suitable for family also..No much facilities. Best for stay near to beach and pubs. Plenty of resturants and liquor shop near by."

"Good hotel for the price and right to the beach !"

"Found blood on the sheets and shower didn’t drain well and would flood the bathroom. Loud music from bar all night. On the beach though!"

"Pathetic stay. Though in a great location just minutes away by walk from Baga beach, this property is a disaster. Absolutely deplorable condition, ill maintained and terrible staff attitude. Housekeeping is best described as non existent, intercomw doesn't work, no dental kit or body lotion. When asked, they suggested to use conditioner instead! Breakfast variety ends before it starts. Bedsheets and quilt was last changed when the hotel was made it seems. Towels and sheets smell of oil. Glasses...

"I always go to riverside regency resort andxaleaus enjoy it all the staff are amazing "

"First of all its not a beach resort, there is no lift access and by your unfortunate luck if your room is on the 3rd floor you'll have walk up three flight of stairs. We ordered two coffees and it never came. Taxis will never to come this place, so if you're coming get your own vehicles."

"Only good thing is this hotel is close to Baga beach. Rooms were not so clean but Prakash cooked some great breakfast. We stayed for two nights. If you are solo traveller this hotel is ok but not with families."

"Looked better in photos than real life "

"It is sad and disappointing to see that such a unique establishment in such a fantastic location is being run into the ground. Considering the charge of rupees eight thousand per night, the stay was not at all value for money. The following made me unhappy: -- Room: ----- It was not well maintained at all ----- Mattresses and pillows smelled old and musty ----- Corners and interior fittings were dusty ----- Hand spray next to commode did not work ----- In the bathroom the height of...

"Spacious campus, big rooms and moderate."

"Fair location , nice near by bars and restaurants. Staff are friendly. The venue is a nice size but VERY VERY run down , awful rooms , very basic, not really clean. The pool and garden is in a very bad state and didnt see a single person use it. "
