A new hotel....stayed there in the first month of its opening and found it to be excellent.Considering it was new, there was no sign of any of the teething troubles that normally are evident immediately after opening.Staff were very friendly and efficient. and the rooms were comfortable and stylish. The entire ambience of the Hotel was one of elegance and class. The spa was also of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Four Seasons Sheraton in Amritsar. Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, with a fantastic selection of food at both breakfast and dinner. What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff, who were always friendly, attentive and happy to help. A heartfelt thank you to Rahul, Rajat, Sushmita and Zorawar, who went above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. A special thank you also to...

very friendly and attentive staff. great location

Stayed here for 2 nights with family of 8 people. Excellent location, just 5min walk to The Golden Temple (since it was so close, have to use the small auto for last leg of journey). Excellent rooms with AC and clean bathrooms. Has lift, so easier for parents. Excellent breakfast too, prepated fresh and sent to room. Also the staff here is so very helpful - that was the highlight of the property and they made our stay truly comfortable. They were always ready to give the best service and also...

Warm greeting on arrival. Staff was very graceful, polite and professional. Food was amazing and good selection and chef came out to ask about the food he prepared 😋 great touch. Breakfast was lovely but too crowded as what I would call was a team building day, but was offered a lovely alternative outside on the courtyard. Really helpful staff.

I stayed there with family for two nights. It’s was awesome experience. The staff is polite and friendly. The food is super delicious and the buffet had large verity of food choice. I liked Kulcha, Upma, Tea, Paratha, Bakery items etc. The in-room dining food was also delicious. Location of the property is very good, lot of good restaurants are available nearby. Getting a cab, auto is very easy from the location. I would love to stay here whenever I visit the city next time.

Staff obliging and courteous Clean hotel

We stayed as a family for 3 days in April. We were very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff. At check in we advised that we required a cot for our 1 year old child and this was set up ready for us to check in. My son who is 6 years old suffers from severe food allergies and the first time we went to eat in the the hotel restaurant in the evening we notified the staff and the head chef came out and spoke to myself to ensure he understood the allergies and made notes. The chefs then...

Excellent hotel and staff would certainly recommend

Perfect location + Free Parking! Finding a hotel that is just a 5-minute walk to the Golden Temple AND provides excellent free parking is next to impossible in Amritsar, but Hotel KR delivers perfectly. The rooms are neat, the staff is courteous, and the proximity to the shrine makes it the ultimate place to stay. Save yourself the stress of city parking and book here!

This was a great place to stay. Not far from the golden temple And Novelty restaurant is walkable.

The breakfast was excellent. Even food was also good. Staff are soft spoken and curtios. Overall experience was good.

I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available. Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous. Travel desk for all local information was available.

They thing was perfect.....the only suggestion i could make is that the room could provide small packets of butter biscuits to compliment the otherwise fantastic service....well done

Very fantastic hotel for the price , will recommend better then half of them 5 star hotels out there
