"We liked the hotel very much. It was clean and quiet and close to several nice restaurants in easy walking distance. The parking garage is difficult to figure out but the HELP button at the gate actually worked and my issue was quickly resolved. The parking fee seems very high though."

"Great place to spend the night after a long day at the Just Like Heaven festival. It’s a few blocks from the Metro. Checked in almost around 1am. I was in a room of six with half of the beds taken. Bed was just big enough for me to fit but was super comfortable. Bathroom, sink and shower were super clean. Each person is assigned a locker in the room so that was very convenient. People at the front desk were fabulous. They are at there 24hrs a day. I would come here again!"

"The room was basic and nice, great sunset view. The freeway noise is endless; it’s unfortunate the builders cheaper out and didn’t use double pain glass. The evening was chilly and the heater worked wonderfully. The primary disappointments were due to my missing the pool closed flag. I saw the flag for family friendly but missed a second one that the pool was closed, one of the reasons I selected the hotel. There was a sign on the door the pool was closed for cleaning however it was already clean. The other reason I selected the hotel was because it has a conference room I thought it had a business center-it doesn’t- and so I was disappointed again. Again, I realize it was my misinterpretation which is not the fault of the hotel. The maid opened the door even though the do not disturb sign was on the doorknob. I was in a zoom conference when she opened the door. She apologized and immediately closed the door. I was able to give her the trash bag so it was fine. The location is very convenient and easy access to the freeway. There is a shuttle service to Disneyland. The breakfast is an excellent reason to choose this hotel. There are cold and hot cereal options as well as yogurt, fresh fruit and a variety of juices. They had eggs and sausage as well as make your own waffles for hot entrees. I saw someone carrying a few Danishes to her room as I headed to the breakfast room however the platter was empty when I arrived and it wasn’t replenished. Overall it’s reasonable "
