"A horror story. Avoid this place by all means! It is located in the worst imaginable area. There is no reception - the staff talks to you from behind bulletproof glass. They talk to you as if you owe them a favor to stay there. You pay a $20 security deposit to get your room card. Dirty room, dirty old towels, as if somebody used them to clean a car. The shower is spraying water all over, but not you. At 2 am, I was awakened by a fire alarm and looked outside. Two characters were screaming something into the above-mentioned bulletproof window. By 5 a.m., I had had enough of this Mad Max experience and drew away absolutely restless. "

"The room was incredibly dirty. The shower/tub didnt drain properly and the dirty water from the pipes would pool in the tub itself, so you couldnt really shower or take a bath properly. Also, there were bed bug stains on the bed! "

"The breakfast eggs, sausage and potatoes were cold at 830. Cold. Not warm at all. The burners were not on. They got turned on after I ate my cold breakfast. There was not proper signs when I exited the elevator on 7 and I turned right instead of left for room 705 which took me 95% of the way back to the same elevator. "

"The property was well kept. The best part of the stay was the staff. From my first phone call to the property where Sylvia kindly assisted and helped with my request for early check-in and questions I had to the actual check in with Adrian. Rather I am at the front desk or at the dining hall, the staff was attentive and kind. And the breakfast was impressive. You don't get this kind of breakfast of this quality, quantity and service anymore. I would definitely recommend and consider a repeat visit."

"The hotel stsff was very nice. The room is spacious, beds comfortable and water was hot. Our room did have a weird smell like someone left something in the fridge but we were only there for like 15 hours so it was fine."
