Cigarette smell in non-smoking room. Graffiti in the room’s bathroom. Graitti!! Brutally uncomfortable mattress. Something had been spilled on the floor and not mopped up. Nice restaurants and shopping all around but I am hard-pressed to compliment this property. The staff, however, was friendly and accommodating.

I checked in about 3:30 pm. That was fast and easy. I went to my room and it was clean. No cups or ice bucket.The only thing that needed work is the employee and their professionalism.

The staff is great, but the rooms are run down. I have stayed in several and there's always something wrong, such as the door didn't close right on one, in another the bathroom door hinge wasn't attached as well. They need to do a serious remodel or have maintenance go over each room. Also the ice buckets aren't always there and the shower curtains are filthy.

Imagine Expedia said you could checked in by 3:00pm for the room, I booked at 3:30pm. I got there like 3:35. And the front RUDE female staff told me to come back in an hour because their room isn’t ready yet. I asked her if she could make it a little quicker since I’m already there. She said “No, we’re short staffed”(With an attitude), I asked for a refund because they couldn't provide me a room for a posted check in our. She told me to contact expedia. And I contacted expedia 3 times, all they said was they couldn’t contact the property or the was dropped. Overall, The property sucks, The management is useless and the front counter staff is rude, not helpful. P.S Not recommended for this place if you’re looking for a good customer service.

I just couldn't hang on for my six days entire trip...a small incent under the bed sheet, dirty bed sheet, no bed lamp, very simple and poor room and smell bad, a never fixed sink even I'd requested twice...staffs are nice trying their best but I guess they were also helpless... I'd checked-out the second day and I have to rebook another decent place for another four nights...I've already filed for a refund request with Expedia and hoping they can conpensate for such unpleasant event...
