"The property was clean but messy at the same time. There was a fire damage to the building that was obvious the room I was staying in was patched up and not repainted but an overall good no frills hotel nothing special nothing to extravagant with what I needed for a place to sleep for the night"

"Great hotel for a great price! The hotel itself is newer, so it’s very modern, clean and beautiful. We stayed on the fourth floor and had no complaints. Our room was clean and quiet. We enjoyed all the amenities which included a pool, a gym, a mini store next to the front desk, free breakfast, and free parking. There was also a Taco Bell and a Dunkin’ Donuts in the same parking lot, a Walmart almost directly across the street, and several other restaurants and shopping nearby, making the location very convenient. The staff was great! We were in town for Disneyland, as we go every year for Halloween. The drive was about 20 to 25 minutes, but the price of the hotel and all the amenities made it totally worth it. We will definitely be staying there again!"
"This is the second time we have stayed at Chase Suites. This time we had a 2 bedroom suite and brought our 95 year old Dad back to California to see family and friends. We couldn't have had better (especially for the price). We also had to bring our small dog. We were expecting the free breakfast to be packaged sweet rolls but were so happy with the homemade eggs, sausage, pancakes, tater tots, hash browns (not all on the same day). Thank you, Chase Suites. We will be back."
