"This hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to all the major attractions of Philadelphia!! While it is in need of a good sprucing up, the staff are great and the room was clear! I highly recommended and will stay there again!"

"Slow elevators. Only 1 working. Did not explain the credits or fees very well. The staff was not very well informed. On what credits and fees were required.I had to check with multiple staff members. The valet parking was extremely slow. It took 35 minutes to get a car. When they advertised 20 to 25 minutes. My breakfast order was missed, and I had to resubmit it. The towels were very rough. I would expect softer towels at a luxury hotel"
