A Wonderful Stay

An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Great apartments for a family getaway. Unfortunately the weather was rain most of the time so we didn't get the chance to take a swim. We also requested two king beds but only one room was set up with king the other was left as two singles.

We stayed a month at this property. Our first room was a two story with worn furniture and main level A/C and fans were not sufficient to cool the room at night. The manager moved us to a different room that was much nicer with A/C.

Security tab access did not work once on our 20 day stay. We had to use a manual key from street access, and therefore we had to park in the street. The manager reprogrammed the security tab but it continually did not work. Wifi kept dropping out at least twice a day and had to reset our devices when this happened. When we checked out and handed the keys in the manager did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay. We were there for 20 nights! This is our first and last time staying here under the new management and have been coming here since 2012 when is was owned and run by Waldorf, who were always very friendly.

The property was secure and close to shops for everyday needs. Staying for 17 days and only assist in keeping apartment clean was change of bedding/ sheets and towels once a week. I asked for bin liners and dishwashing powered after been finshed. Told this is not included in the stay :( :(
