Staff were awesome and very friendly. Unfortunately air conditioning didn’t work for the two nights, had to have the balcony window open which was extremely noisy, toilet constantly flushed, shower basin had hairs in it, temporary electric fan providers like sleeping next to a jet engine. Other than that had a great stay!

The room was very hot as the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly, they did provide us with 2 fans to cool the room. We ended up sleeping with the sliding door open all night. They should have told us this when checking in.

Arrived at 1:00AM-- no reception. Spent 30 minutes in an elevator waiting for someone to turn up. Looked out over a bus depot that made excessive noise. Poor temperature controls on air-conditioning.. Noisy plumbing in bathroom. Just not a good hotel and should not be on an Expedia list.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Make sure you have everything covered in booking as pool, car parking and even an additional bed was extra. Even though I booked for 2 adults and one child. The actual Sofitel staff was ridiculously good but you obviously pay a lot more for that level of service

Check-in is weird as you have to call when you arrive and someone comes down from a different floor. No one at reception when checking out. It seems like it’s a hotel inside of a hotel so you have to wait for someone to get you in the lobby. My room was spacious, there was only soap and conditioner available with a selection of hot drinks. The bath was nice. They take a bond which I thought was a little high and had to convince them to charge less.
