Bed was awesome! Sheets very luxurious. Handy location. But very slow check-in. No parking. No where to put your bathroom stuff down in the bathroom, we had to use a dining chair. Thought the property had been refurbished but carpet looked a bit rough in the kitchen area, kitchen cupboards very old and worn, ceiling in bathroom had peeling paint. We appreciated our welcome gift, thank you. Would stay again just for the bed and if we could get a park.

The room was one of the renovated rooms and was clean and enough room for 2 people. Hotel is in great location for downtiwn and Viaduct Basin - plenty of shops and place to eat. Staff we dealt with were lovely and helpful. Gym and pool were good. My only thing I needed was a full length mirror in room so could check out attire as we were going to wedding. Otherwise stay was good, no complaints.

Room 1011 not good. Paint blotches all over the carpet, missing handle on a drawer, chipped corner of kitchen sink. Wardrobe drawer fell off the runners and I had to lift it back on as it was too heavy for my wife to do. Also city facing was very noisy. However, I would give the property a try with a harbour facing view and hopefully better presented room. Tge gym as also great.
