"The hotel is comfortable and staff are great but 12 hours of none stop out of date music is unbearable, I have not experienced this of any other hotels in my life,it’s time for a change,as result I am looking for another hotel to spend my vacations ……UNHAPPY SNOWBIRD "

"The room was clean but we could hear a party going on very late at night on top of us. The area seems safe. There is a CVS very close and 2 very nice souvenir shops. The breakfast was ok, nothing too fancy but ok. What really shocked me was the lady at the buffet that was looking to see how much you eat, how many time you go to pick up food in a very rude way. I understand that you don't want people to take food to go, even if some people prefer to eat in the room or outside at the table but it's a bit to the extreme. There is a coupon that you need to give and the lady keeps an eye on you all the time to see what you eat and how much you eat. It's weird and exaggerating. "

"Was not the room I Booked. Was not treated very well when calling in regards to extra charges on our card. Jacuzzi was very dirty. Will not return. They called and texted me all weekend to do a tour but never fixed the problem. Worst weekend trip ever."
