"My main complaint is that the breakfast area temperature was too cold. Caused the hot food to no longer be hot. The location of the dining area is such that with the very high ceiling and location in the lobby ( with outside doors being opened and closed) is not conducive to an enjoyable start to the day. The check in was very swift with the desk person being friendly and knowledgeable of the area to providing directions to the Hughston hospital. Am anticipating a return to your area in the very near future and will consider staying at your facility provided you can do something about the cold breakfast. Thank you. Ed Pilszak"

Friendly staff with attention to detail. Bell hops taking my luggage to my room. Fast valet service. It’s my favorite place to stay in Auburn,"
