Randolph Hotel Liverpool/Syracuse/Airport West, Trademark

8/10 Good
"The good: the front desk staff was super kind and friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly better than expected. Making your own hot waffles was so nice as I hate a cold waffle. The location is close to the highway and walking distance to a pharmacy. The not-good: The pool was closed for repair and we had hoped to float before getting back on the road. There was construction that could get a bit noisy. When we first arrived in the room I went into the bathroom first. Someone had used the body soap and shampoo container as the caps were open and half empty - and it wasn’t cleaned afterwards. I tidied it up before my family noticed it. The bed coverings had large dirt marks- maybe from suitcase wheels?"

"This was a very cute, quaint inn and we would definitely book again. A bit disappointed that the restaurant doesn’t run regularly, the outside fire pit wasn’t going, and the signal was very bad when we went to watch TV at night. However, the clawfoot tub was very nice and the place was only 15 minutes from Skaneateles, which is why we were there."
