Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Great location in the midst of Times Square. I shared a King "Deluxe" room with my mom. The room and bathroom are very small. Just enough space for the bed itself. Was also charged a "facilities/resort fee" for amenities like internet. I guess it's worth the price for Times Square, but anywhere else would not cut it.

We stayed four days at the Warwick in the week just before Memorial Day. It was a great stay - staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great. Although it's rates are only slightly lower that the other prestige hotels it's a bargain because of the cleanliness, helpful staff and room amenities.

Right in Times Square. This place is perfect if you’re catching a show like Hamilton, which is directly across the street. We love that it was so walkable.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past year. The front desk staff and check-in are always good. During this stay, however, there was a day when housekeeping failed to come to the room, even after I alerted front desk staff. Expecting daily housekeeping is a low bar. The Hilton Garden Inn failed on that score.

This place was super clean, very convenient.And every time I come to New York, that's the only place I wanna stay, Ten stars
