"This was the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve visited. They made us feel so welcome and everything was excellent. They provided shuttle service (Deyvone was great), bar with food (Shay was great) and (Marcia )at the front desk went above and beyond great service. The room was comfortable and clean. The uplifting sayings throughout the building makes the stay even more fun."

"The overall hotel was ok but the area was really really sketchy and felt unsafe. Room was on the seventh floor but could not sleep more than a few hours bc of all the outside noise u could hear in the room and the cars racing down the streets. Left at 4:30 am tired and ready to go home. Would not stay again."

"The room was clean and spacious. The lighting was poor and the furniture was old looking but the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows! The air/heat unit didn’t work well but worked enough. The flooring in the elevators was old and worn and needs to be updated. The breakfast service is not great but you probably won’t go hungry. The toaster is broken so you have to stand there and hold the flipper thing down to toast your bagel! Pain in the rear end. Given what we paid per night a new toaster should be easy to afford! I would recommend this hotel if you are going to a baseball game or the Cobb conference center for anything. It was easy to walk to either. Just be prepared for hills."

"I would strongly advise anyone not to stay at this hotel. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. The sheets in my room were dirty and appeared to have been left from the previous guest. Housekeeping had clearly not changed the bedding before my arrival. When I called to report the issue, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Because the situation was not resolved, I had to go to Target and purchase my own sheets and pillowcases just to be able to sleep comfortably. This level of cleanliness and customer service is completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
