Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia by IHG
The front office rep was terrible. Room service didn't even come in not one time to clean our room or provide fresh towels. When he finally called to get some fresh towels they have blood on them.

Check-in took over an hour after valet parking & waiting for the check-in line. App check-in was not functioning properly. Room was tidy but in need of deeper cleanings & repairs.
