"The location is great. There is laundry, we stayed in the grand apartment and it was nice and spacious. It was great for the few days we were there. A few things to know though, there is no safe in the room. Our friends and us noticed the patio doors did not lock. We don’t usually get every day room cleaning anyways but after a few days it would have been nice. You can pay extra for that but we didn’t choose that option. Again overall this was a great hotel, just want others to be informed."

"The hotel is clean and well located to the airport. We had a difficult time understanding the lights. There wasn't a comfortable chair. We would stay there again before going to the airport for an early flight."

"We really recommend this hotel, it’s very close to Centro Historico, it was nice and clean the stuff was always friendly , they also have free breakfast with a very good menu not just cereal and yogurt. We give it 4 stars out of 5."

"Fiesta Americana on Reforma has been my go-to for years now and I don't see that changing. Sure, there are nicer hotels in CDMX, but for the price, I think this property is top-of-class. As someone who travels a lot for work, a hotel's gym is super important to me and for Mexico City, this hotel has one of my favorite gyms. I've been coming here for years, and I don't see that changing."
