"Everything about this hotel was great, with the exception of the fact that it is surrounded by heavily trafficked roads and highways. We stayed in this area for 2 weeks because it was close to family. The rooms were upgraded and modern. AC worked great. Our bathroom was large and shower was 5 star. Receptionists were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, I did not get their names. Breakfast although, the same everyday, was get with loads of choices. Itzel and Michelle in the cafe were so pleasant and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and our plates were cleared promptly. The hotel is located a short walk to a transportation hub. Moving by Uber or Taxi is inexpensive. If you are accustomed to the craziness, noise and traffic of an inner metropolitan city location, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a lux place, look elsewhere. For us, it met our needs perfectly. "

"Cheap pricing, great location. Everything is at a walking distance BUT it gets way too noisy and you can literally hear someone snoring from 2 rooms away! Would I stay here again? Yes if I’m trying to save money. The room is pretty clean but both times I stayed here both times I found hair on sheets or ground, especially in the shower drain big hair balls. But the staff is nice. Beds are comfy. "

"Stayed at Novotel for a 3 day business trip, main reason was location (close to Banamex Expo Center). Room was good, didnt like the fact that my room didnt have a good.view and was kind of dark. Basic amenities, great breakfast and good service."

"Everything was good, but the AC did not work Due to the temperatures outside, they were very moderate no AC needed after 3 PM. Got a little warm inside the hotel room."

Some small details need attention, like a blinking light from the TV furniture, not working telephone handset (only the speakerphone). Terrace was closed. I would stay there again, but just little things that need improvement."
