"The room was small but clean; though the bed & pillow were a little hard & the air conditioner wasn't cool enough. I could tolerate it since it wasn't hot outside but I can't imagine in the summer. The staff was very helpful in reserving the airport shuttle ahead at check in. Breakfast was really good. The American items were not very good but the Japanese side & desserts were very delicious.
