The rooms were tidy but we could tell the floors are not being mopped regularly and definitely not after each stay. Both mine and my boyfriend’s two rooms, after walking barefoot in them for only a few minutes, our feet And our children’s feet were completely black. And not just light grey, but BLACK. For the price I paid, which was $142 total, I would have expected much nicer accommodations, cleaner rooms and better amenities. I would have truly expected to pay $65-$80 max rooms like these. I think next time we come to the area, we will look for something different. "

"It’s a nice small hotel however it doesn’t provide continental breakfast only coffee The pool is very nice provide towels There’s a nice tiki bar that everybody hangs out at which is very pleasurable in sitting area. Plenty of it. The staff are all very nice and helpful There is noise from the planes going over, however it didn’t bother me at all There’s a restaurant across the street which you can go sit on by the water which has good food Other than that, there’s not much around within walking distance"

"If I could rate this in negative stars I would. It smelled like an animal died in our room (like an actual decaying animal) and was never cleaned out. Staff was not present or available to complain to. Had to leave the room 4 hours before checkout. Woke up to asthma and a rash. Refused to refund after complaining. "

"The staff was wonderful, but the property itself gives Holiday Inn Express—the towels were old and fraying (in the room and by the pool), the bathroom had mildew along all the caulking and the air conditioner rattled like a 1997 Dodge Neon. It was convenient and fine if you want proximity to fields, and, again, the staff are all incredible, but the facility itself is in need of some TLC. "
