The room was lovely, big, and with a cozy fireplace + kitchen which was helpful. We would return again, but only on a Thursday to Monday since nearly everything was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, which was very frustrating. Over all it was great . Nice and quiet everybody was friendly. My only issue was on the information provided it tell you place your dirty towels out on the hand rail outside of your cabin by 10am and you will get clean one by 4pm , we went two days with out their clean towels . Eagle Summit Collection
The communication was non existent from you, Hotels.com. I never received the check in information and was left tracking down the hotel property who was able to finally give me the directions, condo number and key code access. The property was ok but rustic.

Discovery 4
The unit was nice and spacious and close to shopping and dining. There was a rec room with pool tables and laundry but I was disappointed that the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable due to maintenance.
