"Very friendly staff. Wine bar not open, Sauna did not work and there was plastic trash and left clothes in the pool area. No breakfast burritos available on Saturday and Sunday morning despite the fact that the hotel seemed very empty. We also had some supply/ technical issues in our room. Overall it is a renovated old building with newer add ons, but good management and staff seems to be lacking."

"I booked a room for my girlfriend and I to stay here. We saw that there was a jacuzzi listed and there was breakfast. I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel but this place was dirty. The jacuzzi and pool were under construction and the breakfast was very limited. There were some sort of stains all over the floor in our room."

"The room was great...very spacious. The hot tub was excellent, especially after a day of hard skiing. Our only challenge was negotiating the logistics of the hotel and figuring out how to get to the hot tub and then return to our room. There was a lot of walking once we figured things out. The property could use another stairwell or elevator."
