SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Mammoth Lakes

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Mammoth Lakes

8/10 Good
"Older property, rooms show their ski season scars, from folks not really taking care of furniture. Older TV's with decent streaming choices, no elevators and limited parking. Seems like a regular stay for out-of-town contractors' employees during mid-weekdays. Not a good location for elderly or disabled customers. Staff very accommodating and helpful."

"When we checked in, the room unfortunately wasn’t fully cleaned. There were expired items in the fridge, and our dog found nuts on the floor. Since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t move rooms. Staff did send someone to tidy up while we were at dinner, which we appreciated, but the expired items were still there when we returned. The location was perfect, though, and the staff was responsive. The room just needed a more thorough check before our arrival."
