"This is not a 4 star hotel. Lots of items were missing or not working. Hairdryer had tape all around it. The room was dirty. Not 4 star standard. We did get upgraded to another room but again hairdryer not working and taped and sockets not working. This hotel is opposite a open top venue for parties and has a hall downstairs, it was noisy, the area is nice but in a built up noisy area The people that worked there were great and helpful. Thanks to Rakesh the Manager and Keshav the receptionist...
