"The location is beautiful. A bit of a way from the town so the shuttle bus is really useful and the tourist information at the ferry terminal is more than happy to call for you if the bus isn’t waiting. The staff were all very welcoming and the public bath, dinner and breakfast were all very Japanese and very good indeed. I would definitely recommend this ryokan. "

The tubs were great to soak in and it was nice to have the privacy (the bath room smelled a little mildewy, but that’s to be expected in a wooden room with high humidity). "食事が素晴らしかったです。地元の食材は新鮮で素材自体の旨味が生かされ、添えられた塩やソースがそれらの良さを消すことなくさら に引き立てて、どの料理も本当に美味しくいただきました。シェフのこだわりと腕の良さが感じられる食事で大変満足しました。
最上階にあるスパは、備え付けのスパウェアを無料で貸し出してくださって、夫と一緒に楽しむことができました。屋外にはテラスがあり、宮島を望むことができました。
スタッフの方々も皆さん丁寧に対応してくださって気持ち良く過ごすことができ、感謝しております。宮島に、このホテルに泊まるのを目的に、また利用したいと思いました。"
