Great location and friendly staff. The facilities are a bit outdated but it's clean. 10-minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome. Many restaurants on the street next to the hotel.

The room we were given was terrible. The photos for this building look amazing and the lobby is very nice, however our room looked like it was from a budget motel. I had a room on the upper floor and the view was gorgeous. The room was spacious. The amenities were very nice. This was just a short 10 minute walk to the Hiroshima site the name of it excuse me right now sorry but it’s very beautiful. It’s right on the river and the museum and the site. It’s just it’s breathtaking. The hotel has a restaurant which I got appetizers and a glass of wine in and it was great. The staff was fantastic. The amenities were good. The train station was about a 10 minute taxi ride. This was kind of towards the end of my trip and my suitcases were feeling really heavy I would definitely go back here again.

Very disappointed, reserved for 2 seniors with one price from Expedia, but charged a much higher price with additional for extra person charges. Complaint to Expedia and ANA due to over charged to no avail, they both blame the other for nature of business for surcharges. I have no choices to continue with Expedia due to middle of my travel but will not use ANA Crown Plaza again
