"The room was very cold. We had maintenance come up and look the thermostat. the controls did not work and we were freezing."

Bell hop Peter Santos was also very outgoing, cheerful and helpful. So many more of the staff that we unfortunately don’t know their names all made our stay at the Radisson a memorable experience. Looking forward to going back!"
