"Avoid!!! I was flying from USA and my flight was cancelled. Delayed for 12 hours. Despite having 18 hours difference I tried to email and call the property to cancel reservation. Agents were not helpful by saying that they can't cancel it. Have to wait for the manager or resolve through 3d party (as reservation was made). Really? I tried to resolve with the 3d party as well and noone was willing to assist with the refund. Not even partial. You are probably safe to book with them if you are local not flying from other countries. "

"Very new, clean, attractive hotel in large shopping center outside Queenstown near the airport. Nothing terribly interesting nearby and traffic snarled by road construction currently (March 2026). Tanoshi, Japanese restaurant next door was quite good. "

"I loved this place. My husband said he preferred more modern hotels. When I pressed him on what, specifically, he didn't like, the only thing he came up with is the separate spigots for hot and cold water in the bathroom sink. I personally loved the personality of the room, its spaciousness and the thoughtful touches. And you couldn't ask for more genuinely friendly and helpful owners! Even my husband said he'd stay here again gladly."
