"We had an amazing stay at Ibis Lisboa Centro Saldanha and it exceeded all our expectations. We stayed for a week and from the moment we arrived, Ana, Omar , Bruno, Diogo, Vitar and Beta made us feel so welcome. They are incredibly kind, gentle, respectful, professional, and always smiling. Their warmth and willingness to help made our stay truly special. The hotel itself is fantastic. Our room was beautifully renovated, spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was so clean, much appreciation for the stuff who always clean our room, our room was daily professionally deep cleaned, everything was so wonderful that we honestly felt like we were staying in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was wonderful! We especially loved being able to make our own fresh orange juice, and also loved the white Portugal cheese, and the delicious Pastel de Belém offered every day, one of Portugal’s most famous traditional pastries. It was a lovely touch that made breakfast feel authentic and memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lisbon and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, excellent value, and a wonderful experience."
