"Great hotel and great location. Room was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. AC worked flawlessly. Great modern feel to the room. Also - there is a fantastic roof top restaurant and bar, and the food there was great. Second floor lounge was also quite nice. Could use a little more selection of spirits in the bars given it is a Marriott, and the rooms need more than one coffee pod. But 5/5 for the rest! "

"I had a very late check-in and later had to request a room change due to a strong unpleasant odor in the first room. We were moved to another room, which smelled better, but I found the bathtub revolting, with significant mold along the bath seal. The sink constantly flooded because of the old-fashioned double taps (one for hot, one for cold water). The bidet was broken and leaked water onto the floor. The exterior of the hotel, particularly on the balcony side, looked very dirty. They should consider hiring professionals to clean the outside of the building periodically. The TV options in English were extremely limited or non-existent, which was very frustrating. The hotel provides one complimentary bottle of water per guest per day, but on a few occasions, we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but we were still denied water for those days. This forced us to buy water from a grocery store, which felt unnecessarily petty on the part of the reception staff. Overall, the staff is very nice but the hotel has serious issues with cleanliness, maintenance, and service that need attention."

"Wife and I stayed for our anniversary. We received complimentary drinks + dessert, decorations in room and at the restaurant, and generally exceptional hospitality overall. "

"The check in was effortless and quick, once I provided my IHG membership number I was thanked for being a member. The room was spacious, clean with a large bathroom and a shower that had great pressure and hot water. We had dinner in the restaurant which was fabulous and the breakfast was varied and delicious offering a variety of fruit, breads, meats, cheese and a couple of hot dishes. We were offered eggs to order but were happy with what was on offer. The staff at the hotel was wonderful, everyone wanted to ensure that we were properly serviced. We took the shuttle to the airport which left promptly at 8:30 and the driver helped us with our luggage. A very positive experience and we would definitely return."

"No water in the restroom on our first night. Shower head fell off the second day. Evening staff (front desk) was rude and had a did not want to be bothered mood. Will never return or recommend to anyone"
