I cannot stress enough that this is the place to stay in Miraflores!!. The staff, the amenities, the location, the room, the views...every single thing about this stay was perfect and largely because at every turn we were met with the most delightful helpful, kind and engaging staff who were more than willing to help with absolutely anything. And THE FOOD....OMG...Nina is serving up next level Peruvian food coupled wit delectable cocktails..and Jose Rios, ensured we had a truly impeccable dining experience..the The Factory..where Pierre expertly guided us in one of the most sensational meals ever...and the morning breakfast buffet is one that dreams are nade if...delicious! I would give the Intercontinental Real Miraflores 6 stars if I could...a real gem!!

We’re Peruvians and stayed at the hotel because we wanted to try it out. The location and the room views are exceptional. The gym is spectacular. We had an issue with the heating, which wasn’t working properly (I think since it’s new, they’re still calibrating it), but the staff did what they could to help us. The lobby is nice, but they keep the doors open, which makes it very cold and less inviting. Overall, we liked the hotel and are recommending it to our friends when they visit Lima.

We enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights in a plush 18th floor double room with an amazing ocean view in this brand new luxury hotel. Service was excellent. We were resting up from an 18 day tour of Lima and the Sacred Valley, so spent the entire day in the room enjoying the view and comfort. We did venture to the Clubhouse where there was excellent service, but we were disappointed by the limited, and not very good food offerings, but enjoyed unlimited access to Coke Zeros. The only complaint is that no one told us we could have our included breakfast at The Market restaurant on the 3rd floor until we happened to go there on the eve of our second night for dinner. Far better than the Clubhouse, so we did enjoy their sumptuous breakfast buffet on our last day.

All of the staff were great! Alejandro at the front desk was really great! He’s very kind, attentive, patient and always greets me with a smile, which I appreciated. The cleaning staff was great as well, met all of my requests. Room service was great, food was delicious. The hotel is beautiful! Yohan from the outdoor bar, Circa was very attentive and nice. Overall GREAT HOTEL!!!!
