We just returned home from a 16 night stay in northern India. we stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The breakfast was one of the best, special shout out to the chef making omelettes, it was the best I had all trip!
The staff really made my parents feel special as they were celebrating their 50th anniversary.

From the moment we checked in we got a warm welcome. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean and spacious. I booked to stay for 5 days at the Hotel Kapil. My room was simply stunning. No other way to put it. The bed was so comfortable and warm, the room and the bathroom were spotless.
The view from my window was epic; an endless vista over the valley and far off mountains.
The staff go out of their way to welcome you and make sure your every comfort is attended to.
Room service food was delicious and served with a smile.
Plenty of hot water available throughout my stay. Tea and coffee making...

I felt the staff were friendly and the property was really nice and comfortable.The only thing I felt a little problematic was the location . Its really difficult to get Ola or Uber during rush hours. Rest everything was upto the mark.
