"Very convenient location, super close to the MTR station and shopping malls. Staff were friendly and welcoming and there's free dispensable cold water available which was great. The room was very small but it was enough for what I needed and most importantly it was clean. Only negatives is the shower could do with a lightbulb as it was very dark and other guests can be quite loud sometimes."

"I've stayed at Ashoka Hostel before. If you are a budget traveler, I can't recommend this place enough. I needed a cheap place to stay while getting my visa updated last year. So I stayed here again. I stayed during the May holiday this time, which meant the price was more than $44 a night, but it was still a bargain. "This is in a great location on Kowloon. It was a bit pricier than I wanted to pay for the facilities, but it worked out really well. Good location, shockingly comfortable bed, and incredibly welcoming staff!"

"Friendly and nice staff . Thank you so much Ms. Jhona you’re the best👍🙏"

"I booked a double room with window, but they gave a single without window. Called and no one reply! The towel and the blanket are dirty and smelly, even the maid took my own towel and I CANNOT find them to get it back, called and messaged and no reply!!! I don’t understand how they operate. Very crazy hotel! "

"My room is pretty good."

"Excellent value; own room w bath & shower ; good shuttle service. 4 star for youth hostel ! Recommended."

"态度差，服务差。对待客人的询问也没有一个好的解释。推卸责任。而且还有额外的收费。Our family had a terrible experience in this hostel. Customer service is not exist, arguing with customer. There are extra charges which was disappointing. We could booked another place. It is not refundable, so do your research before booking or best to check the place out before booking. The place is not that clean. We would not go there again."

"The location of hostel is convenient and easy access with bus and metro…but noisy during midnight as downstairs near to bar and even can hear the communication…no signal for TV due to external renovation "

"Good"

"The room didn’t look like the photos I saw"

"Probably the worst service we could get - even for a Hostel. The whole place is made up of maybe 30-50 hostels, so that it will be hard to recognize the bad reviews made. We booked at Hostel 16 in the 16th floor, but was told to go down to the 10th floor for reception. The staff gave us a room at the 10th floor, which was not in labeled as hostel 16 at all, but 4 different kinds of hostels. After we got the room we headed out for dinner and when we got back there was cockroaches in the 5...
