"The location was great and the included breakfast was one of the best we have had. The service at the restaurant and upper bar was wonderful. The service at the lobby bar was sub par at best. The gym is not well maintained and falling apart. The wifi was the worst we have ever had at a hotel. The mini bar got restocked with water the last day that we were there and we never given clean drinking glasses for our entire stay when the room was cleaned."

"Bad place to stay, staff is very unresponsive to requests. I had issues with my room and never had them resolved during my 2 night stay. Bathroom door didn't close which mean no privacy from the balcony window. I literally had to hold the door while I used the bathroom. The hot water in the shower did not work properly. I could not take a proper shower and the 2nd day was worse. I messaged the guy and he was not very enthusiastic about fixing any of my issues. Terrible hospitality. Will NEVER stay here again. Very noisy hallway, vents everywhere that makes it less private and sounds like people are in your room. Mal lugar para quedarse, el personal es muy indiferente a las solicitudes. Tuve problemas con mi habitación y nunca los resolví durante mi estadía de 2 noches. La puerta del baño no cerraba, lo que significaba que no había privacidad desde la ventana del balcón. Literalmente tuve que sostener la puerta mientras iba al baño. El agua caliente de la ducha no funcionaba correctamente. No pude darme una ducha adecuada y el segundo día fue peor. Le envié un mensaje al chico y no estaba muy entusiasmado por solucionar ninguno de mis problemas. Terrible hospitalidad. NUNCA me alojaré aquí de nuevo."

"The room was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, staff was nice. The gym was decent. The views of the city from the hotel were great, and the area was amazing and close to a lot! The only issues I had with the hotel was took a day or so to get them to see confirmation that breakfast was paid for in advance, thus missing out on those breakfast days (refused refund), and the last 2 nights, unfortunately, the guests beside us blasted techno beats till 3 or 4 in the morning, and they did not help with the situation."

"Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel y su edificación, pero lo que definitivamente tienen que mejorar, son las opciones del desayuno, y las instalaciones del área del mismo, les falta mucho mas espacios, pues al momento en llega un buen número de huéspedes, los espacios quedan limitados, y a eso hay que sumarle el hecho de que los huéspedes tengan que estar limitados literalmente a las dos únicas opciones impuestas por el hotel, sin que puedan tener ninguna la posibilidad de elegir nada más. En definitiva less falta variedad y por ende mas opciones."
