Very close to Kariya train station which has rapid trains to Nagoya and Sakae for shopping etc. Got 2 lovely local supermarkets which have a huge range of local produce, sushi, sashimi, noodle, rice etc. The hotel room is neat and clean. Staff are very polite and speak very good English. Very accommodating when I arrived early on the first day. The complimentary breakfast is nice. They have my favourite rice balls and salads. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the...

Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available.
Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it.

My family and I had a very pleasant 4 days 3 nights stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower. This hotel is located only 1 stop from Nagoya Station to Sasashima Station via the Aonami Line, the same train to the Legoland as the final stop.
Once you come off the Sasashima Station, everything is covered under the roof all the way to the Sky Tower. It saved us from walking in the rain/hot sun.
This hotel offers a posh feel, similar to The Shard in London. The reception and Sky Dining are both...

Very nice hotel room for family stay! This was the first time my kids tried public bath, and they loved it! The bath was very clean, very well maintained and enjoyable, so we didn’t have any chance to use the shower in our room at all (although it was also very nice and modern)! You must not miss the hotel breakfast, as you can have the famous Nagoya local cuisines all in one place, and all you can eat! Welcome drink was also refreshing. During our stay, the hotel also offered seasonal shaved...

I book the hotel on the day that I need to stay! I was in a hurry and needed a room near the hotel my family stayed. The price was very friendly so I did not expect anything. But it turned out to be a wonderful hotel with wonder staff with wonderful service! The room is comfortable and clean. My boy and I had a very good rest! They even offered free breakfast. A very lovely experience! I will stay in this hotel next time when I visit Nagoya

This is my second time staying in the Lamp Light Books Hotel Nagoya. It is conveniently located close to a station, which easily accessible from Nagoya station. The hotel is very inviting and the cafe attached to the hotel is nice too. I had a matcha latte there, which was delicious.
The bathroom is one of the best that I've experienced in hotels in Japan. It's more modern, with a large shower. The room is comfortable, and has a chair that you can sit on to relax and read as well, which is a...

It's conveniently located to the station, although Google maps takes you on a really random route. Standard room for two is cosy but, decent enough to have as a base. It's well stocked with good quality amenities and is very clean.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
We didn't have a chance to try out the spa.
Overall brilliant experience for a well reasonable price. Would easily recommend.
