"This hotel is a gem!!! We had a 5 star experience at the Tower Hotel. It’s such a unique location and in a nice area. Our room was huge! The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating - just truly wonderful in every way. The breakfast alone is a reason to stay here - one of the best breakfasts we’ve had! We were on a tight schedule a few mornings and we still had multiple delicious courses. Definitely book this hotel for your stay in Nagoya!"

"A beautiful hotel in a convenient location near a subway stop. A short train ride takes you to Nagoya Castle and Nagoya Station. The room was well-designed and spacious. Breakfast was available in a large buffet-style restaurant with impressive selections of both Western and Japanese foods. The second breakfast option was at a Japanese restaurant, offering a set menu with delicious Japanese flavors. The amenities were excellent."

"The hotel is amazing... Feels brand new and spacious. Closed by to so many shops, transportation yet so quiet. Love the art pieces that slide open to windows. Love that the shower area is also a dryer for your clothes. We would stay here again. It was perfect. "

"Great apartment just a bit of a walk from Ueno Station. The staff were really friendly and went the extra mile with a a bit of a fuss and little gift for my daughters birthday. Onsite carparking for dropoff and pickup - not sure for longterm though. Good area - quiet inside. Would stay there again."

"Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

"Located in the middle of the most busy street of Nagoya. Amenities are great and the capsule was nice and quite."

"We had a pleasant stay although only one night. We drove and car park just next to the hotel and just Yen 1,000 per night. The room is a bit bigger than normal room size in Japan. The hotel is using ReFa for air dryer and shower head which is very impressive. Staff is very polite and have smile on their face all the time. Breakfast is is delicious although not much choice. It fille up my stomach though. "
