"I have stayed here before and it’s was 5 stars. This time it was 2 stars. This time I stayed in room 116. If you get this room ask for a different room. I’ll start with saying the pillows on the bed were half the size of a normal pillow and the filling was clumpy, #2 the bed was not the best you could feel the springs in it poking you,3rd the blackout curtains didn’t blackout anything because they were too small. 4th it was super loud. You could hear the people above us flushing the toilet and hear everything going on outside. Horrible experience this time around. "

"Perfect location when attending an event. Plan ahead and get to a restaurant or bar quick after a concert or event. The hotel bar was super kind and stayed open later just for us because we were too late for all other bars and restaurants in the area. We were super grateful. Amazing staff and room was beautiful."

"TV was not fixed during my stay. I was there for 4 days. House keepers knew that this was an issue since a year but they never do anything to resolve it. But other than that it was ok. But In the future I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"Staff was excellent! Friendly polite and prompt. The room was not great for what was paid. The shower door didn't close properly and of course you don't know this until someone showers, water leaked all over. The beds were not very comfortable at least not for a "Hilton" stay. No one not the site not when we checked in were we told there was a construction site right next door and that they start their day at 5am banging and hammering and nail guns waking all of us up. Really disappointed if it weren't for location, however we won't be staying there again other options nearby will be used next time."
