A little oasis in the hustle and bustle of Colombo. Everything was fantastic- the food, the room and most of all the staff who were all so warm and welcoming. We were sorry to leave.

This was my favorite hotel in Sri Lanka. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. I wish I could have stayed there longer. The room was brand new, up to westerner standards without sacrificing the local touches. The staff was very is nice and the breakfast was excellent. They can organise any types of excursions to visit the town, day tour, boat tour (which picks you up from the hotel back yard) and spa treatment. This was the perfect ending to a perfect trip.

Stayed on our last night in Sri Lanka as a stopover on the way to the airport. Can't remember exactly but it's about a 20 min drive. Hence can't comment on the local area and what's around. The hotel however is wonderful. Old colonial building tastefully renovated with great attention to detail. Food was also very good and reasonably priced. A real bit of luxury in great grounds. I had a great time at this hotel. They were kind to accommodate me and let me check in very early at 9am. All the staff were really kind and helpful, as well as hard working. The management were also keen to check that customers were happy and comfortable. Very nice room too

This is a small, beautiful hotel in a good location for walks to the beach (20 minutes) and to the main street with shops and restaurants (15 minutes). The mix of tasteful local decor in the rooms and tropical planting in the garden and surroundings is charming. Well appointed bathrooms, spacious rooms, good air conditioning. Naleepa and Madusha are excellent masseuses, thank you ladies! I recommend this for any stay in Negombo!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. For other travellers, I’d recommend checking the room options when booking and considering what facilities are most important to you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good choice for a relaxing trip. I would be happy to stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Staff and service was excellent. Staff were attentive and anticipated our needs without being intrusive. Facilities were of a high standard and included everything we needed. The outdoor pool was exceptionally enjoyable. WiFi was excellent - both in the room and at the pool. It’s worth booking a club Horizon room as the lounge is worth every penny.
